Groton Town

Wendell Anderson, 33, of 36 Upper Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to drive in the proper lane.

New London

Delbert Street, 52, of no certain address was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Delano Callaway, 22, of 195 Shaw St. was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Darren McNair, 45, of no certain address was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Vicky L. Parker, 50, of 354 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Friday with carrying a dangerous weapon while intoxicated.

Norwich

Ralph Mcguire, 51, of North Windham was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bernard Hawkins, 38, of 56 Connecticut Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Curtis Dudley, 54, of 338 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged Friday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Hannah Sacilowski, 21, of 72 Baltic St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Tremaine Dowdell, 19, of 22 Mopsic St. was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Nickolas Giordani, 53, of 1 George St. was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

Robert Krodel, 64, of 46 Reynolds Road was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.

Tremayne Andrus, 39, of 33 N. Main St. was charged Friday with breach of peace, interfering with an officer and failure to submit to fingerprinting.
