New London

Jacqueline C. Silva, 35, of Westerly was charged Sunday with third-degree forgery, criminal attempt to commit a crime and sixth-degree larceny.

Eliezer Quinones, 25, of 522 Ocean Ave. was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

Norwich

Christopher Dunn, 51, of 32 Huntington St., Apt. 2B, New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas Dunn, 45, of 32 Huntington St., Apt. 2B, New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Ishawinda Hayslett, 32, of 54 Boulder Drive, New London, was charged Monday with second-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Kevin Mastalerz, 28, of 28 Lily Pond Road, Griswold, was charged Thursday in Griswold with risk of injury to a minor.

Collyns Fong, 27, of 309 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Thursday in Groton with reckless driving, disobeying an officer's signal, driving without a license and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Jason Vertefeuille, 36, of Lebanon was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Maria Degiacomo, 39, of Westerly was charged Thursday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Jetaime Davenport, 31, of 29 St. Paul Court, Groton, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Felix Bonilla, 36, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Andrew Fitch, 25, of 17 Highland St., Taftville, was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Franklyn S. Paduan, 27, of Providence was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Katrina Sharkey, 27, of 678 Col. Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration and having an improper fender.
