Police logs - Sept. 22

Andrew B. Hall, 34, of 166 Smith St. was charged Saturday with second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Seneca Larson, 35, of 128 Poquonnock Road was charged Saturday with attempted second-degree criminal trespass, two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Morgan Steele, 33, of 15 Grand St., No. 2, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Saul Nieves, 23, of 261 Cook Ave., first floor, Meriden, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to light a number plate.

State Police - Montville

Ricky Dean Avery, 23, of 120 Williams Road, Montville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, speeding and failure to respond to an infraction.

Mariah S. Anton, 20, of 299 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.

David S. Porter, 33, of 103 River Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Stonington

Joshua Howard, 18, of Amherst, N.H., was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor, illegal weapon in a vehicle and sixth-degree larceny.

Keith L. Foshee, 43, of 96 Woodland Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with misuse of a marker, driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Todd O. Wilcox, 48, of 452 Liberty St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Sean P. Donahue, 50, of 25 Orchard St., Apt. 17, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

Waterford

Jason Bruno, 35, of 310 Boston Post Road was charged Friday with illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.
