James Vocolina, 19, of 11 Chelsea Way, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault with a weapon (no gunfire), carrying and sale of dangerous weapons, criminal use of firearm or electronic defense weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Syquan K. Smith, 22, of 58 Paul Revere Road, Groton, was charged Wednesday with being an accessory to second-degree assault.

Ormond F. Northup, 31, of 487 Ross Hill Road, Charles town, R.I., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alicia Babulsky, 38, of 128 N. Main St., Jewett City, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics, use of drug paraphernalia, narcotics not in their original container and sixth-degree larceny.

Shelelyamin Downing, 38, of 15 Hillcrest St., Unit B, Norwich, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

David Dewitt, 47, of 141 Logger Hill Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel Hunt Jr., 25, of 32 Huntington St., No. 3, was charged Friday with possession of crack cocaine and sale of cocaine.

Felix Ruiz, 38, of 33 Summer St., second floor, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

Xing T. Chen, 23, of West Haven was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Sandra Mercurio, 44, of 76 Federal St. was charged Thursday with failure to pay an infraction.

David Arkus, 34, of 191 Franklin St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Victor Ross, 53, of no certain address was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Samantha Danforth, 20, of 64 Slater Ave., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Paul Vachon, 71, of Lisbon was charged Thursday in Lisbon with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct.

Dashawn Thompson, 21, of 3 Rathbun Road, Niantic, was charged Sept. 20 in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kristen Severino, 32, of 66 Jay St., New London, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.
