Norwich

James Harnage, 25, of 371 Laurel Hill Ave. was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court and interfering with an officer.

Teron Smith, 21, of 107 Summit St. was charged Friday with second-degree robbery, third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Stonington

Gary B. King, 70, of 12 Whitehall Pond, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Emily Mae Grills, 30, of 56 Spruce St. was charged Friday with fugitive arrest without a warrant.

Norman R. Riley, 48, of 21 Huntington St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and a stop sign violation.

Rachna Tewari, 39, of 24 Willow Drive, Mystic, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility.

Waterford

Melissa Brodaski, 33, of 1613 Route 85, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Samuel Moffett, 39, of 47 Sunset St., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
