Iris Garcia, 50, of 43 Bank St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and threatening.

Shakimm Curry, 23, of 49 Riverside Circle was charged Tuesday with violation of a conditional discharge.

David Arkus, 34, of 191 Franklin St., No. 1, Norwich, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

Robert M. Olson, 50, of 240 Great Neck Road, Waterford, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper turn signal.

Norwich

Rafael Estrella, 28, of 32 Lincoln Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Tiffany Hernandez, 41, of 54 11th St. was charged Monday with failure to carry proper insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Stonington

Kyle W. Buck, 26, of 115 W. Broad St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

Michael A. Lipowski, 46, of 115 W. Broad St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

Waterford

George Scott, 29, of Bridgeport was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license or registration and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Wendy Moss, 44, of 26 Boston Post Road was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
