    Groton Town

    Michael A. Burke, 48, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, Lot 35, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Jorge M. Hernandez-Polo, 23, of Crystal Lake Road, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Gary S. Duck, 47, of 74 Ivy Court was charged Saturday with third-degree strangulation, unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Peter A. Travisano, 24, of Branford, was charged Saturday with second-degree forgery, falsifying a prescription, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery and falsifying a prescription, criminal attempt to commit second-degree forgery and falsifying a prescription and possession of narcotics.

    Julian D. Cintron, 34, New Haven, was charged Saturday with falsifying a prescription, second-degree forgery, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, criminal attempt to possess a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

    State Police - Montville

    Andy Rosa, 29, of Southbridge, Mass., was charged Friday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

    Kennedy Owusu, 32, of Spring Valley, N.Y., was charged Saturday in Lisbon with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Mark Fritchman, 51, of 32 Damon Heights Road, Niantic, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    State Police - Casino Unit

    Jonathan Ryder, 24, of 19 Kingfisher Way, Waterford, was charged Oct. 2 at Foxwoods Resort Casino with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny, credit card theft, criminal impersonation and criminal trespass.

    Jonathan Rice, 26, of Hartford, was charged Sunday in Mohegan Sun with breach of peace and criminal mischief.

    New London

    Sean Warren, 22, of no certain address, was charged Sunday with breach of the peace.

    Donald Bishop, 31, of 28 Autumn View Drive, Lisbon, was charged Sunday with breach of the peace and criminal violation of a protective order.

    Wayne Williams, 63, of no certain address, was charged Monday with first-degree trespass.

    Norwich

    Aileen Solomon, 51, of 282 Norwich Ave., was charged Monday with falsely reporting an incident.

    Angela Paradis, 42, of 31 Warren St., New London, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.
