Andrew A. Green, 51, of 50 Clarks Falls Road, North Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to return a license upon suspension.
Waterford
Tanya Velazquez, 44, of 311 Bayonet St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.
