Dwight W. Ufferfilge, 68, of Hebron was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree forgery.

Tia L. Bass, of Mahopac, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with tampering with evidence and interfering with an officer.

Norwich

Robert Thibeault, 27, of 218 Baltic St. was charged Tuesday with weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic marijuana and failure to use a turn signal.

Nathan Cyr, 20, of Chaplin was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

Oawi Abdul-Wakil, 44, of 7 South St., Jewett City, was charged Monday with fifth-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Francisco Masis, 34, of 67 Connecticut Boulevard, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday in Montville with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree strangulation.

William Rheaume, 24, of North Franklin was charged Tuesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Deise DaSilva, 27, of 3 Jessica Lane, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Chad Ebersole, 30, of 148 Benham Road, Groton, was charged Tuesday with third-degree identity theft, third-degree larceny and credit card theft.
