Groton City

Nicolas Silva, 26, of 39 Rogers St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Donald V. Schleicher, 53, of 118 Brandegree Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Groton Town

Matthew N. Perry, 23, of 12 Utica Court was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Brian Heller, 23, of 872 North Road was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.

New London

Sara L. Baldwin, 51, of 78 Dell Ave., Apt. C4, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

Diane Strickland, 47, of 40 Blackhall St., Apt. D, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and violating condition of release.

Byron Wilson, 35, of 18 Town Hill Court was charged Thursday with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory, possession of a pistol by a felon, possession of a pistol without a serial number and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keton Shah, 27, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jacquelinnes Lopez, 25, of 43 Bank St., Apt. 16, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Zachary Cramer, 21, of 36 Bittersweet Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with traveling too fast, failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Wakeil Hendrickson, 25, of 51 Division St. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Brittany Manwaring, 24, of 136 N. Bridebrook Road, East Lyme, was charged Thursday with possession of heroin, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Wessell, 29, of 1 South Road was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Waterford

Erma Coons, 49, of Mansfield was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.
