Groton City

Samantha Lugo, 25, of 60 Mather Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

Groton Town

James R. Low, 23, of 1105 River Road, Mystic, was charged Monday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Jeffrey J. Mumford, 30, of 269 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

Jose I. Carchipulla, 48, of 37 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

Jake T. Watson, 18, of Mansfield, Mass., was charged Friday with driving by a minor with an elevated blood-alcohol level, evading responsibility and driving without a license.

Patrick B. Meucci, 18, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 1005, was charged Friday with third-degree forgery.

New London

Joseph Proctor, 29, of 10 Mountain Ave., No. 2, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and no lights illuminated.

Carmen E. Guerrero, 24, of 73 Nob Hill Road was charged Tuesday with following too closely and evading responsibility.

Thomas Ahern, 46, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 412, was charged Monday with third-degree assault of an elderly person and third-degree criminal mischief.

State police - Montville

Timothy Clark, 26, of Middletown was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Lisa Tierney, 31, of Middletown was charged Friday in Montville with breach of peace.

Edward Barrera, 43, of 52 Oneco St. was charged Friday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Volodymyr Monastyrskyi, 52, of Derby was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

Anthony String, 36, of 15 Grand St., New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Melchor Cor, 33, of Westerly was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

Waterford

Eric Emmons, 30, of 91 Longview Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Monday with first-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Tracy Lane, 34, of 72 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Monday with first-degree larceny and conspiracy.
