Groton City

Christos Agathos, 72, of Fort Myers, Fla., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a stop sign and passing in a no-passing zone.

Groton Town

Tristan E. Spinner, 24, of 11 Ledgeland Drive, #409, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jose Humberto Sancho, 20, of 139 Third Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lee A. Gillheeney, 47, of 544 Toll Gate Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Chaun M. Willis, 21, of 882 Noank Ledyard Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to carry a license and driving with excessive smoke/exhaust.

New London

Jamel A. Monroe, 22, of 95 Parkway South was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Douglas A. Gilliam, 52, of 15 Shaw St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Andrew M. Dery, 25, of 8R Vivian St., Waterford, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

State Police - Montville

Janai T. Derrick, 29, of West Warwick, R.I., was charged Nov. 12 in North Stonington with interfering with a police officer.

Chester L. Rodgers, 30, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Nov. 12 in North Stonington with evading responsibility and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Jessica Vargas, 29, of 12 Whitehead Lane, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Rachel Boragine, 26, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Wyatt J. Metayer, 22, of 96 Deans Mill Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Waterford

Nolah Damico, 21, of 296 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Joseph Olbrys, 51, of 67 Clark Lane was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have minimum insurance and having an improper marker, registration or license.
