Michael Branoh, 35, of 51 Lake St., Apt. 3, was charged Monday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening, reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.


Daniel Soste, 28, of 33E Laurel Point Road, Oakdale, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Lori Bernstein, 49, of 44 Fuller St., New London, was charged Sunday with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Omar Khaleeq, 39, of 35 Menghi St., New London, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault, second-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Felix Cosme, 28, of 16 Franklin St., Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to have head lamps.
