Groton City

Frank J. Colmenares Jr., 23, of 40 Norwood Ave., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

Groton Town

Andrew T. Sligar, 21, of 833 Vauxhall Street Extension, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

Jared K. Hastings, 22, of 57 Myrock Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with eight counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, evading responsibility, interfering with an officer, driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Montville

Luis Moya, 41, of 26 Prospect St., New London, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, interfering with an officer and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

New London

Woodrow A. Williams, 32, of 46 Crystal Ave., No. 384, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael Dejesus-Durant, 25, of 92 Washington St. was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and failure to obey a stop sign.

Luis M. Sanchez, 20, of 242 Nautilus Drive, No. 205, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Waterford

Precious Lewis, 24, of Bridgeport was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Katherine Stavens, 57, of 7 Scotch Cap Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Tuesday with breach of the peace and interfering with an officer.

Justyn Sheline, 26, of 11 Hillside Ave., Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny.
