Justin Barker, 25, of 22 Buckeye Road was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and violation of protective order.

New London

Rhodia Perry IV, 36, of 81 Squire St., unit 1, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Marcus W. Delgardo, 19, of 47 Elderkin Ave., Groton City, was charged Saturday with two counts of home invasion, two counts of conspiracy to commit home invasion, first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery, two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, two counts of criminal use of a firearm or electronic defense weapon, third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny.

State Police — Montville

Frankie X. Ramirez, 22, of Taftville ,was charged Sunday in Montville with two counts of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Stonington

Alan R. Whitford, 53, of 17 Laura Ave., Mystic, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Katherine Holt, 31, of 11 Elm St., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
