Groton City

Caren Brillon, 27, of 42 Cutler St., New London, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Groton Town

Seth A. Borden, 35, of 355 Long Hill Road, #55, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Bernard L. Cousens, 39, of 258 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have lights lit.

Eric C. Jensen, 22, of 149 North Road, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Evan Ardine, 25, of 35 D. St., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Lindsey Stokes, 22, of Providence, R.I., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Sherry Lewis, 39, of 19 Summer St., Apt. 1, was charged Sunday with possession of heroin.

Morgan Clark, 20, of Winter Park, Fla., was charged Saturday with evading responsibility, driving too fast for the conditions and failure to drive right.

State Police - Troop E

James M. Harrington, 32, of 29 Flintlock Road, Ledyard, was charged Saturday in Ledyard with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a police officer.

Stonington

Mary E. Goldberg, 37, of 75 Stewart Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer, criminal violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

David M. Ero, 20, of 29 Rossi Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have minimum insurance.

Waterford

Lisa Markie, 43, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance.

Joseph Loeber, 54, of 7 Griswold Court, New London, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespass.

Blanca Proctor, 51, of 127 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear to court.
