Westerly - Chris Smith has been named manager of rehabilitation services at The Westerly Hospital.

Smith, who holds a master’s degree in physical therapy and has more than 10 years of clinical and managerial experience, will oversee the hospital’s outpatient therapy services at its 81 Beach St., as well as inpatient services at the hospital. Outpatient services include physical therapy, aquatic therapy, wound care, occupational therapy and speech and language pathology services for all ages.

Prior to overseeing Westerly Hospital’s Rehabilitation Services, Smith provided clinical rehabilitation services at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital’s Flanders Outpatient Rehabilitation facility and inpatient services at L+M Hospital in New London.
