Jeffery A. Davis, 44, of Dennisport, Ohio, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast.
Shakreem S. Taft, 28, of New Haven, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and second-degree larceny.
Domonique Shankle, 26, of 47 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and assault of public safety/emergency medical personnel.
