Groton City

Mark Thomas, 46, of 37 Dudley Lane, No. 6, Madison, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Groton Town

Alisha Giglio, 25, of 74 Baldwin St., Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Timothy B. McKoy, 39, of 167 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Noel Ramos, 56, of 25 Merlino Drive was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jillian Ramos, 20, of 25 Merlino Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Montville

Lois Sanford, 62, of 209 Ridge Hill Road was charged Thursday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

New London

Jacquelyn Luz, 27, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. E8, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Chelyanny M. Martinez, 26, of 170 Willetts Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.

John A. Crane, 19, of 240 Hempstead St. was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Norwich

Quinton Diaz, 31, of Willimantic was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor.

Wakeil Henderson, 25, of 51 Division St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

State Police - Montville

Emily Haralson, 23, of Lebanon was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper parking and interfering with an officer.
