Diana Buscetto has been named vice president of commercial lines and business development at SAVA Insurance Group in Waterford. She started her career at SAVA in 1998 and worked her way to commercial lines manager in 2010.
SAVA Insurance has been in business since 1980 and under the current ownership since 1998.

Jeff Larrow, CFP, ChFC, agency owner at Larrow Insurance and Financial Strategies, an exclusive agency of Horace Mann, has been authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards to use the Certified Financial Planner certification marks in accordance with the CFP Board certification and renewal requirements.
Larrow has represented Horace Mann since 2008 and provides auto, home, and life insurance in addition to a variety of investment products. He has partnered with many school districts in eastern Connecticut and focuses primarily on educators. His office is at 24 Putnam Pike, Suite 2, in Dayville.
The Mystic Physical Therapy practice in Groton has changed ownership and has a new name. Ron Agostini, PT, who has been the therapist at the business for more than 15 years, has taken over ownership of the practice. The new name will be Physical Therapy of Mystic. The location will be the same, and Agostini will continue to be the therapist of what is now his own business.
Agostini received his BS degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac University in 1987, and has more than 25 years of clinical experience. He is an instructor for Cranial Fluid Dynamics and Being Human workshops.

The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce has relocated its executive offices to 12 Roosevelt Ave.
The Welcome Center at the Mystic Depot will continue to be managed by the chamber and will remain open with limited hours mid-week and regular business hours on weekends through February. Beginning in March, the Welcome Center will return to regular business hours through the summer to help assist visitors with tourist information.
