Groton City

James R. Cook, 55, of 83 Broad St., New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and not meeting lamp requirements for snow removal/highway maintenance.

New London

Cory Shaffer, 28, of Grove Street, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jessica L. Petrosky, 32, of 46 Driscoll Drive, Uncasville, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Sarah Clark, 30, of 852 Bank St. was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Keisha Cabrera, 21,of New Haven was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Tadius Makara, 59, of 60 Smith Ave. was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and risk of injury of a minor.

Renee Perreault, 25, of Versailles was charged Sunday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Montville

Craig O'Brien, 26, of Danielson was charged Saturday in Griswold with disobeying an officer's signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Willie Butler, 40, of 202 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Norwich with fifth-degree larceny.

Waterford

Eric Hoyt, 38, of Colchester was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
