Groton Town

Justin G. Robinson, 23, of 5 Wells St., Groton, was charged Thursday with third-degree larceny.

Anthony C. Camerson, Jr., 22, of 200 Michelle Lane, Groton, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, first-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree unlawful restraint, and breach of peace.

New London

James Singleton, 27, of 50 Mountain Ave. was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, possession of a hallucinogen and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Lillie R. Camacho, 52, of 105 Squire St. was charged Saturday with evading responsibility.

Ryan A. Wilson, 24, of 107 Michael Road, Apt. D, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Gregory Frasure, 24, of 608A Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Friday with using an improper turn signal and driving with a suspended license.

Tia L. McCloskey, 24, of 107 Michael Road, Apt. D, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Jorge Garza, 43, of 13 Pons Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Catherine D. Ebron, 57, of 401 W. Thames St., No. 2, Norwich, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Allen Choate, 45, of 371 Fitch Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Damaso Rolon, 47, of 22 Peck St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

Julio Mercado, 63, of 6 Rock St., Apt. 1, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

State Police - Montville

Barry Lopez, 26, of 48 Crystal Ave., Apt. A81, New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving without a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Andrea Halen, 35, of 152 Harland Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Jewett City with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Waterford

Thomas Eshenfelder, 23, of 6 Northwood Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

Julie Lavigne, 49, of East Hartford was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny, breach of peace, and conspiracy.

Carla Rutigliano-Molleur, 52, of East Hartford was charged Friday with fourth-degree larceny, breach of peace, and conspiracy.

Paul Jennings, 34, of 30 Kamaha St., Groton, was charged Friday with two counts of failure to appear in court.

Stephen Gratta, 45, of 25 Ocean Ave., East Lyme, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license or registration and possession of narcotics.
