Johnn Negron, 27, of 453 Ocean Ave., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, improper use of a marker plate, failure to carry insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and interfering with an officer.
Charles Dorey, 43, of Bridgeport was charged Sunday with reckless driving, evading responsibility and failure to obey a traffic signal.
Joshua Harris, 25, of no certain address was charged Monday with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer.
Jessica Anello, 30, of 53 Shaw St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Luisa Herndon, Charlestown, R.I., was charged Monday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

James Duvall, 61, of 81 Breakneck Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday in Lisbon with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Valeria Mikeikov, 32, of 50 Mather Ave., Groton, was charged Saturday with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and passing in a no passing zone.
Mildred C. Frick, 60, of 24 Elaine St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace.
William W. Frick, 67, of 24 Elaine St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.
Anthony Cox, 27, of 23 Wildwood Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Paul Raucci, 41, of North Haven was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.
