Lori Merritt, 43, of New Haven was charged Monday with third-degree identity theft, making a false statement to procure a credit card and criminal impersonation.

New London

Natacha Rogers, 30, of 65B Montauk Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

William Massey, 56, of 150 Broad St., No. 6, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Milca Morales, 39, of 39 W. High St. was charged Sunday with evading responsibility.


Stephanie Sandoval, 25, of Willimantic was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration.

State police - Montville

Emmanuel Negron, 32, of New Britain was charged Saturday in Ledyard with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Curtis Lee Williams, 34, of Griswold was charged Sunday in Griswold with failure to keep narcotics in the original container, possession of controlled substance, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and threatening.
