Reinaldo Lopez, 43, of 470 Route 184, No. 105, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to obey traffic control signal, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer and two counts of violation of probation.
Anita A. Longo, 29, of 4 Fitch Ave. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Kelly A. Rathbun, 43, of 116 Cossaduck Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Ryan J. Papadopoulos, 27, of 314 Laurel Hill Drive, No. 2, Norwich, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.
