Groton City

Matthew Davis, 26, of Waterbury was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace.

New London

Luis Mota, 42, of 70 Farmington Ave., was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Robert Brown, 51, of no certain address was charged Saturday with first-degree trespass, possession of hallucinogenics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Norwich

Terry A. Doulette, 42, of 29 Sheas Lane, Apt. 3, Taftville, was charged Saturday with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Thomas Panzella, 26, of Milford, was charged Feb. 9 in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Peter Desrosier, 53, of 26 Oak Drive, first floor, Lisbon, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with first-degree failure to appear in court.

Tracie Minski, 48, of 146 Stone Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brandon Q. Lafrance, 25, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Earl Cash, 34, of Yarmouthport, Mass., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with third-degree criminal mischief, criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.

Justin Cannady, 31, of 5 Lee Brook Drive, Ledyard, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper parking.

Wayne T. Hendry, 41, of 16 Fire St., Oakdale, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.

Waterford

Dina Detillio, 32, of 40 Eastern Ave. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Wayne Malinowski, 27, of 239 Fitch Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics not in their original container, unauthorized manufacture or sale of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a dangerous weapon.
