    Groton Town

    Julie A. Perry, 35, of 119 Squire St., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree stalking, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

    Jessica L. Monahan, 35, of 29 Blueberry Hill Road, Groton City, was charged Tuesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Christina S. Rugbeer, 25, of 33 Crown Knoll Court, No. 69, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Felecia Dasilva, 26, of Central Falls, R.I., was charged Tuesday with prostitution.

    New London

    Thomas Kelly, 28, of 86 Summer St. was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to possess narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Brian O’Neill, 37, of Guilford was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to possess narcotics.

    Andrew Kean, 28, of 106 Pelican Drive, Groton, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Erin Dailey, 26, of 38 Blackpoint Road, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to possess narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Dona M. Fallon, 60, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with second-degree trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

    Digna Martinez, 51, of 51 Blackhall St., Apt. 2, was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

    State Police — Montville

    Shaun Lentini, 32, of Natick, Mass., was charged Wednesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Isaiah Holloway, 38, of 31 Grabner Drive, Waterford, was charged Wednesday in Montville with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass.

    Waterford

    Drew Odgers, 43, of 23 Sherman St., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than 4 ounces of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Michael Cook, 26, of 983 Route 85 was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license or registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet the minimum insurance requirements and misuse of license plates.

    Michael Douton, 38, of 1583 Bozrah Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault.

    Gary Mastrandrea, 60, of 440 Williams St., New London, was charged Tuesday with threatening and breach of peace.

    William Bancek, 56, of Guilford was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order, driving without a license and failure to drive in the proper lane.
