East Lyme

Claude Milton Adams, 25, of 1 Boston Post Road, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

Groton Town

Alexis R. Gaudreau, 19, of 355 Long Hill Road was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Peter W. Dietz, 24, of 355 Long Hill Road was charged Tuesday with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Danielle M. Smith, 27, of 1053 Poquonnock Road was charged Tuesday with driving while her license is suspended and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Richard K. Bloeser, 47, of 28 Judson Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Alexandria D. Moore, 24, of 38 Yorkshire Drive, Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

State Police - Montville

Scott Corna, 27, of 49C Orchard Drive, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving while his license is suspended, traveling too fast for conditions and speeding.

Jennifer Nelson, 44, of Cromwell was charged Wednesday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Karen Chase, 51, of 50 Fanning Road, was charged Tuesday with cruelty to animals.

Jasmine Charlemagne, 43, of 334 Fitch Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment.

Elisabeth Lopes, 38, of New Bedford, Mass., was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

State Police - Colchester

Amanda Junefisher Broccoli, 27, 130 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged Feb. 25 in Bozrah with second-degree criminal mischief and threatening.

Derek Debella, 35, of 21 Old Cider Mill Lane, Marlborough, was charged Sunday in Salem with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Herald Rodriguez, 48, of East Hartford was charged Monday in Salem with evading responsibility.

Waterford

Kayla Palmer-Nobleza, 25, of 45 Division St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to commit credit card theft, second-degree forgery, illegal use of a credit card and third-degree identity theft.
