Dingzhen Zhou, 69, of 32 Jefferson Drive was charged Thursday with interfering with an emergency call.

Groton Town

Natasha M. Gage, 23, of 178 Blake St., Lewiston, Maine, was charged Thursday with prostitution.

Melinda A. McGloin, 45, of 220 Valley St., Willimantic, was charged Thursday with prostitution.

Jamelia D. Holloway, 21, of 17 Allendale Ave., Johnson, R.I., was charged Thursday with prostitution.

Ledyard

Nathan Manning, 27, of no certain address, was charged Wednesday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to infraction.

State Police - Montville

Joseph Butremovic, 33, of 53 Park Ave., Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have a head light illuminated.

New London

Michael A. Myers, 37, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle.

Joseph Tessan, 32, of 62 Jay St., No. 11, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Carmen Guerrero, 24, of 73 Noble Hill Road, Apt. C, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear.

Jermaine Smith, 29, of 31 Blackhall St., No. 2, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anthony B. Swift, 28, of 52 Chester St. was charged Friday with breach of peace and resisting arrest.

Keith O. Shea, 50, of 178 Wintechog Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

Norwich

Hugh Post, 38, of 51 Henry St. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

David Defosse, 22, of 86 McKinley Ave. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree criminal mischief.
