Groton City

Trysha L. Cambra, 28, of 166 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to secure a child less than 4 years old in a proper belt or restraint, and failure to have minimum insurance.

Jennifer N. Wilson, 29, of 8 Seabreeze Drive, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility, making an improper turn and distracted driving.

New London

Scott Kessler, 44, with a last known address of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass.

Joseph Vargas, 25, of 327 Huntington St. was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and violation of probation.

Jose A. Quinones, 59, of 11 Lincoln Court was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and driving with a suspended registration.

Isaiah D. Brown-Rocket, 23, of 37 Montauk Ave. was charged Tuesday with possession of narcotics and second-degree breach of peace.

Dave Mugovero, 60, of 33 Jay St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Ramon Colon Jr., 38, of 23 Denison Ave. was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

Michael Howard, 50, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an emergency call.

Trevor W. Davenport, 47, of 177 Nautilus Drive, No. 18, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Elizabeth A. Soto, 45, of 6 Cliff St. was charged Tuesday with reckless burning and second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Kevin Miner, 37, of 57 Boswell Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Joseph Brown, 45, of no certain address was charged Sunday with failure to register as a sexual offender.

Brian Gallicchio, 37, of 37 Cliff St. was charged March 7 with breach of peace, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Henry Wickham, of 35 Park St. was charged March 6 with two counts of possession of narcotics.

Megan Culpepper, 29, of 38A Route 2A, Preston, was charged Sunday in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.
