Groton City

Robert W. Rice, 63, of 146 Allen St., Apt. 4, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school.

Gregory W. Frasure Jr., 24, of 186 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to have tail lamps and failure to lights lit.

Groton Town

Gordon M. Duer III, 24, of 7 Reuven Drive, Ledyard, was charged last Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nathaniel J. Chapman-Loftis, 29, of 30 Tormberg Lane was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

New London

Kamili Cherry-Davis, 23, of 993 Bank St. was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

William Oates, 31, of 38 Hickory Lane, Waterford, was charged Saturday with breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Richard J. Novak, 48, of 9 Crandall Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Ronald Young, 53, of 1336 Norwich Road, Plainfield, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely, failure to carry insurance, evading responsibility, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to drive right.

Melissa Connors, 45, of 62 Jay St., Apt. 2 ,was charged Sunday with breach of peace and assaulting a police officer.

Chastity M. Mateo, 22, of 84 Colman St. was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Edgar Hernandez, 23, of 112 Chestnut St. Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to illuminate headlights.

State Police - Montville

Iris Diaz, 28, of 328 Central Ave. #2, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Norwich with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Steven Pease, 25, of 24 Melrose Park, Norwich, was charged March 9 in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian Upright, 29, of 79 Arrowhead Drive, Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with third-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Stonington

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

Aaron O. Warner, 25, of 120 Gallup Hill Road, Apt. 7D, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Tyler D. Lamb, 24, of 37 Buckingham St., Apt. B, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Peter A. Lamb, 49, of of 37 Buckingham St., Apt. B, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

John P. Pereira, 77, of 12 Elizabeth Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree sexual assault.

Waterford

Jennifer Chiappone-Adams, 40, of 148 Shore Road, was charged Friday with failure to illuminate the rear plate and driving with a suspended license or registration.

Melinda Balduk-Dakos, 35, of 25 D St., Groton, was charged Saturday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.
