New London

Wilfredo Chacha-Chamorro, 46, of 260 Montauk Ave., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cordell White, 37, of 51 Bellevue Place, Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an emergency call, threatening and breach of peace.

Robert Vernon, 47, of no certain address was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Norwich

Tadious Makara, 60, of 60 Smith Ave. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call.

Rachel Sizes, 22, of 59 Hinckley St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlights illuminated.

Rodney Williams, 49, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of marijuana and failure to obey a stop sign.

State Police - Montville

Ryan Doherty, 20, of 55 Laurel Point Drive, Oakdale, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Frank Kelly, 19, of 959 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged March 14 in Ledyard with breach of peace, threatening, driving a motorcycle without a motorcycle license and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Waterford

Gwendolyn Bostick, 59, of 58 Morgan St., New London, was charged Tuesday with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Talon Sanderfer, 18, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was charged Tuesday with witness intimidation, threatening and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Austin Queen, 19, of Springfield, Ill., was charged Tuesday with witness intimidation, threatening and first degree unlawful restraint.
