Groton Town

Tiffany Wells, 29, of 16 Meryl Court was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.

New London

David A. Goodyear, 44, of 2W Pleasant St. was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, second-degree threatening, second-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree burglary.

Lee D. Brennan, 40, of no certain address was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.

Sean Mirsky, 45, of 13 Georgianna St. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Michael E. Allen, 22, of 29 Grove St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree threatening.

Kyle M. Goodfield, 24, of 21 W. Coit St., No. 1, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Christopher Skipper, 31, of 320 Connecticut Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Norwich

Simon Jeudy, 24, of 141 Dunham St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

State Police - Montville

Allen Choate, 45, of 371 Fitch Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper use of a marker plate, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving without insurance.

Samuel Monarch, 42, of Franklin, Pa., was charged Wednesday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

James Larson, 29, of Attleboro, Mass., was charged Tuesday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Thomas J. Bibeau, 19, of 9 Chesebro Lane was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and failure to drive right.

Angel Marie Brainard, 29, of 90 Lords Hill Road was charged Sunday with third-degree forgery, credit card theft and sixth-degree larceny.
