Police logs - April 8, 2014

Groton Town

Kathleen Brown-Gilbertie, 59, of 581 Wheeler Road, Stonington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Robert B. Hall Jr., 61, of 447 Pequot Ave., Mystic, was charged Sunday with second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

New London

Rachelle Hodges, 42, of 34 D St., Groton, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

Francisco Osorio, 23, of 2 Mountain Ave. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and failure to carry insurance.

Dorne L. Robinson, 47, of 82 Crown Knoll, No. 159, Groton, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Norwich

Harry Lawson, 22, of 88 Main St. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Rhett Devore, 22, of 153 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged April 1 with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and having a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Benjamin Barboza, 31, of 178 W. Thames St. was charged April 1 with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Patrick Westgate, 24, of 2 Stillman Ave., Stonington, was charged Sunday with fifth-degree larceny.

State police - Montville

Patrick Twomey, 41, of Green Harbor, Mass., was charged Saturday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

LaShawn Cecil, 33, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Carlos A. Lopes, 55, of 11 Walnut St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and threatening.

Frank K. Wanstall, 49, of 26 Noyes Ave., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and threatening.

Kayleigh M. Cabral, 26, of 2 Stillman Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with criminal violation of a protective order and breach of peace.
