Justin M. Dunkavich, 25, of 6 Spoke St., Danvile, N.H., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint.

Bobby Coleman, 39, of 25 Jay St., New London, was charged Wednesday with illegal sale of a controlled substance by a non-drug dependent person.

Rita M. Santacroce, 55, of 156 North Road, was charged Friday with failure to obey a control signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ronald K. Smith, 49, of 935 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving while his license and registration are suspended and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Douglas Regets, 46, of 45 Plymouth Ave. West, was charged Monday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

New London

Kenneth White, 31, of 265 Jefferson Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Taj A. Johnson, 19, of 23 Chappell St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with possession of a dangerous weapon.

Derek Myers, 34, of 39 Tilley St., No. 3, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer.

Leland Stewart Jr., 48, of 82 Longview St., Waterford, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.


Tiara Conley, 19, of 51 Spithead Road, Waterford, was charged Monday with third-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

James Darnell III, 30, of 160 Broadway, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alexander Drozynski, 20, of no certain address, was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, third-degree larceny, third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal mischief.

Justin Ianelli, 34, of Rumford, R.I., was charged Tuesday with providing a false statement.

State police - Montville

Frank Grabner, 52, of 86 Driscoll Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Waterford with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Karone Vaughters, 41, of 215 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Sunday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license.

Jose Carlos Acosta-Mena, 36, of 78 Dell Ave., Apt. C7, New London, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper entry or exit of a controlled access highway.
