Dillon N. Howard, 21, of Fishers, Ind., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Susan A. Cummings, 47, of 111 Truman St., Apt. 6, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Amanda A. Soria, 26, of 111 Truman St., Apt. 5, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

Ashley Papski, 26, of no certain address was charged Friday with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, possession of a hallucinogen and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Julio Estevez, 27, of no certain address was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Michael S. Douton Jr., 38, of 1583 Bozrah St. No. 5, Oakdale, was charged Friday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.

Casey Alger, 24, of 53 Fitch Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Rachelle Hodges, 42, of 34 D St., Groton, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order.

Edgardo Diaz, 38, of 270 Central Ave., second floor, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and third-degree trespass.

Elvin Valentin, 31, of 93 State Pier Road, Apt. C17, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have a brake lamp.

Whitney S. Ewers, 28, of 859 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday in New London with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Stonington

Bryan Jay Marshall, 50, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged Thursday with second-degree assault and interfering with an emergency call.

Anthony Frank Alessio, 33, of 41 William St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance and sixth-degree larceny.

Christopher Ernest Scarfe, 39, of 110 Brookside Lane, Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Evelyn F. Holt, 35, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
