Cyrus cancels Foxwoods show

Miley Cyrus is postponing her U.S. tour while she recovers from an allergic reaction to antibiotics, but will resume her performances in August.

Those who purchased tickets electronically for Cyrus' concert scheduled for April 25 at Foxwoods Resort Casino will receive a full refund. Tickets purchased in person at the Foxwoods box office or at a Ticketmaster outlet must be brought back to the point of purchase for a full refund.

Cyrus' representative tells The Associated Press that the singer will resume the U.S. tour Aug. 1 in Uniondale, N.Y.

Cyrus' rep says the singer suffered from a sinus infection last week during her "Bangerz" tour and had "an extreme allergic reaction" to the antibiotic cephalexin.
