Jason Murphy, 38, of 14 Hillcrest Ave., Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Spencer Marshall, 19, of S. Adamstown, Md., was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief.

John J. Kelly, 33, of 23 Bragaw St., No. 3, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stop at a stop sign.

State Police - Montville

Roy Saluk, 46, of 1 North St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Lisbon with breach of peace, first-degree harassment and threatening.

Shauna Green, 31, of P.O. Box 78, East Lyme, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


Michael Fischer, 21, of 15 Huntington St., New London, was charged Tuesday with third-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Ashley Lamotte, 21, of Bradford, R.I., was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility for physical injury or property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Robert Cote, 29, of 347 Central Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation, fifth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court.
