Son of Waterford resident receives Community Leadership Award

Joe Mannetti, son of Gloria Devendittis of Waterford and the late Dr. Paul J. Devendittis, received the New York 2014 Men's Community Leadership Award on April 19th at a gala celebration at the Astoria World Manor in New York. Mannetti is a Mental Health Counselor, a certified HIV Testing Counselor, a Health Educator, and Public Speaker. He continues to support diversity and encourages others to create their own success by embracing their own individuality.

Joe has received a community leadership award in each of the three states in which he has resided -- Connecticut, California, and New York and numerous other awards for his dedication to helping others.
