Travis Williams, 25, of 24 Cardinal Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of narcotics and narcotics not kept in original container.

Phillip Beltran, 48, of 173 Route 12, No. 420, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Jacob T. Blair-Handzel, 20, of 14 Poplar Road, was charged Monday with cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.

Robert Benfatto, 20, of 5 Waco Court, was charged Monday with second-degree assault.

Malcolm I. Carey, 21, of 161 Peters Drive, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, narcotics not kept in original container and failure to wear a seat belt.

Savun An, 31, of 88 Charter Oak Drive, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault.

Shaylonda M. Wallace, 25, of 93 State Pier Road, H3, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and failure to grant right of way.

Ethel Smith, 52, of 65 Shaw St., 2nd floor, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace.

Victor R. Reyna, 27, of 44 Franklin St., was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Ricardo Ordonez, 53, of 17 Redden Ave., was charged Tuesday with three counts possession of heroin, two counts sale of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.

Joseph H. Didio, 57, of 25 Broad St. Extension was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen Miali, 23, of 309 Crystal Ave., 3A, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and third-degree strangulation.

Jessie Fitzpatrick, 23, of 49 Dart St., was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief.

Tommie Major, 31, of 38 School St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

George G. Hogue, 28, of Ashcraft Road, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Walter McCormick, 24, of 178 Norwich Ave., was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal mischief.

Brian Williams, 18, of 63 Geer Ave., was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor.

Ramon Carrasco, 52, of Durham, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kristin G. Deer, 45, of 32 Downer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with breach of peace.

Shanna F. Gaccione, 39, of 28 Huntington St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
