Groton Town

Gregory J. Dicandia, 50, of 97 Somersett Drive, Mystic, was charged Sunday with breach of peace and interfering with an emergency call.

Wellington N. Thompson IV, 28, of 108 Driftwood Circle was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance, failure to return license after suspension, possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep narcotics in the original container.

Norwich

Chris Carr, 47, of 16 1/2 South C St., was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Cynthia Romero, 32, of 401 Thames St., Apt. 201, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, violating conditions of release and third-degree assault.

Gilberto Baez, 49, of 61 Union St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and three counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Nefty Rodriguez, 21, of Hartford, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree failure to appear to court.

New London

Tai Johnson, 19, of 46 Crystal Ave., Apt. B54, was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Christopher Potter, 24, of 21 Green Ave., Stonington, was charged Sunday with one count of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Stephanie M. Bateman, 29, of 51 Sherman St., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Michaela A. Audet, 20, of Massachusetts, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Emmanuel J. Torres, 27, of 25 Broad St. Ext., Apt B3, Groton, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Gloria Gauthier, 65, of 135 Squire St., was charged Sunday with carrying a dangerous weapon an second-degree criminal attempt.

Edward L. Frye, 58, of 555 Bank St., was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Christopher Medina-Barrera, 18, of 17 Hartford Court, Groton, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree sexual assault.

Simos Fotiadis, 54, of 141 Greatneck Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Angela Gafford, 25, of 25 Broad St. Ext., Apt. B214, Groton, was charged last Monday with interfering with police.

Stonington

Matthew R. Branch, 26, homeless, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespass.
