Groton Town

James R. Holtzman, 29, of 813 Shewville Road, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Sarah A. Boudreau, 35, of 360 Thames St., No. 15, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

New London

Carlos Denizard, 51, of no certain address was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Kristopher J. Spickerman, 26, of 24 Maple Ave. was charged Tuesday with threatening and disorderly conduct.

Walter McClelland, 46, of Lisbon was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher Lathrop, 33, of 464 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with third-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Joshua Lopez, 20, of 490 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with third-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Jesse McClain, 27, of 490 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with third-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny.

Brian Upright, 29, of Griswold was charged Monday in Griswold with violation of probation.

Waterford

Felicia Kirchoff, 20, of 141 Bloomingdale Road was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, traveling unreasonably fast for conditions and possession of alcohol by a minor.
