Groton – City police arrested a 56-year-old Groton man Wednesday for allegedly exposing himself to children on two separate occasions.
Steven N. Waterman of 48 Godfrey St. faces three counts risk of injury to a minor, two counts of public indecency and two counts of breach of peace.
Groton City police detectives started an investigation in April and secured an arrest warrant for Waterman, according to a statement released by the department. Police did not say where the alleged incidents occurred.
Waterman was presented in New London Superior Court Wednesday and ordered held in lieu of an $80,000 bond, according to police.
Court records show Waterman has two pending criminal cases stemming from arrests by New London police that include charges of public indecency, larceny and trespassing.
