Groton City

Rasheem J. Singleton, 32, of 425 Bridge St., No. 204, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, failure to submit to fingerprinting and reckless driving.

Groton Town

Julie Pollard, 45, of 28 Ward Ave., Noank, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.

New London

David Mercado, 22, of 63 Niles Hill Road, No. 86, was charged Wednesday with possession of as hallucinogen.

Jordan Strickland, 19, of 40 Blackhall St., Unit D, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Trevor J. Mabry, 23, of 6 Fawn Meadow Road, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Jincai Jiang, 33, of 5 Norman Road was charged Tuesday with two counts of risk if injury to a minor and interfering with an officer.

Robbie Justice, 25, of Moosup was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Bobby Smith, 49, of Jewett City, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Abed Lopez, 42, of 37 Lake St. was charged Monday with reckless driving, evading responsibility, assault on a police officer, interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny.

State Police - Montville

Kathleen Lacasse, 25, of Forestdale, Mass., was charged Wednesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

William Monopoli, 29, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged Tuesday in Norwich with evading responsibility, failure to drive right, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics and interfering with an officer.

Stonington

Edmond L. Vianney, 37, of 29 Newton Ave., Apt. A3, Westerly, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Waterford

Paul Alfiero, 55, of 6 Pepperbox Road was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer and interfering with an emergency call.

Joaquinn Gouin, 35, of Bristol was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Kayla Gray, 19, of 58 Giants Neck Road, East Lyme, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Chad Smith, 28, of 85 North Road was charged Tuesday with interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and second-degree failure to appear in court.
