Ishma Harris, 26, of 14 Steward St., Unit B, was charged Tuesday with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.
Arron Brady, 54, of 142 Plant St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
Diane Watley, 52, of 142 Plant St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.
Defusan Sulless, 32, of 603 Boswell Ave. was charged Monday with breach of peace and criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault.
Anthony Carignan, 52, of no certain address was charged Sunday with breach of peace and having an open container in public.

Jorge Arenas Ceron, 30, of 12 Route 12, Groton, was charged Sunday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.
Matthew Bruce, 27, of 315 Route 163, Apt. 14, Uncasville, was charged Sunday in Montville with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.
Cullen S. Faulise, 20, of 5 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with being a fugitive from justice.
Justina Myers, 28, of 207 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Monday with risk of injury to a child and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Blaze Adamson, 23, of 21 Linda Ave. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have headlamps.
