Groton City

Randy Morton, 28, of 31 Michael Road, New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Groton Town

Heather A. Christiana, 36, of New Rochelle, N.Y., was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Kristin A. Crowley, 26, of East Chester, N.Y., was charged Saturday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Montville

Khan V. Canavan, 45, of 49 Driscoll Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct.

New London

Jordan Shabareth, 24, of Seymour was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with a police officer.

Angell Whittington, 22, of 715 Ocean Ave., No. 6, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a license and driving the wrong way on a one-way road.

Wilfredo Crespo, 60, of 62 Jay St., Apt. 8, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Norwich

Serena Rutherford-Sylvia 45, of Danielson, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to drive right. Editor's note: The state Department of Motor Vehicles has corrected an error that listed the license as suspended.

Christopher Messier, 27, of Pomfret, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny and two counts second-degree failure to appear in court .

State police - Montville

Daniel F. Person, 47, of 47 Sullivan Drive, Lisbon, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license or registration, misuse of a marker plate, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.
