Norwich police seek missing 15-year-old

Norwich – Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a Norwich teen reported missing on Tuesday.

Ranier Cruz, 15, is described as a white male with black hair and brown eyes who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue sweat pants.

State police issued a statewide Silver Alert on Thursday.
