Tyler Glendenning, 22, of 282 Chesterfield Road was charged by Wednesday with conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of narcotics.

Kimberli Guddo, 26, of 25 Ocean Ave., Apt. 16, Niantic, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny.

Groton City

Vern E. McLean, 58, of 26 Hynes Ave. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

New London

Milton G. Garcia, 25, of 12 W. Coit St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Richard Jones, 38, of 94B Hempstead St. was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.

Tabitha Reyes, 24, of 17 Cliff St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint.

Tico R. Garrett, 34, of 9 Crouch St. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Miguel Perez, 33, of Hartford was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Patricia Kennedy, 29, of 105 Pequot Ave., No. 2, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Montville

Matthew Santomenno, 24, of 1 Courthouse Square, Norwich, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with third-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Stonington

Michael F. Kelleher, 34, of 29 S. Broad St., Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Marc Connelly, 47, of 1 Green Hills Road was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree assault.
