Groton Town

Krishnakumar Mehta, 29, of 28 Joliet Court was charged Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and second-degree threatening.

New London

Felix Ruiz, 40, of 33 Summer St., second floor, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Deacon Dahlquist, 29, of 10 Rosemary St. was charged Saturday with traveling too fast and driving with a suspended license.

Aggray McLeod, 45, of 488 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with three counts each of possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

Ambrose Faustino, 44, of 40 Fuller St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.


Xinyan Li, 27, of 73 School St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Anthony Pace, 18, of 66 Oakwood Knoll was charged Thursday with risk of injury and second-degree breach of peace.

State Police - Montville

Cassandra Clay, 42, of 13 School St., Apt. A, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Griswold with breach of peace and threatening.


Steven Ernest Richard, 31, of 63 Griswold St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with cruelty to animals.

Wendy Jean Vanharwegendenbreems, 38, of 2 Chesebro Lane was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stay right.
