Police: Norwich man points gun at driver in road rage incident

Montville — Police arrested a Norwich man Tuesday who they said pointed a gun at another driver during a road rage incident.

Mark Kudlach, 55, of 81 Corning Road was charged with breach of peace and reckless endangerment.

Kudlach was arrested without incident in the area of 310 Norwich-New London Turnpike.

He was expected to appear Wednesday in Norwich Superior Court.

No further information was available.
